The HKO product portfolio of technical textiles ranges from fabrics and needle mats to textile special solutions, developed for your challenge. Thorough and innovative finishing, coating, and lamination solutions are the spearhead of our research and development work. Our product range includes thermal insulation and heat protection services between 200°C and 1,600°C.

What temperature ranges do HKO products cover?

Our products are designed for temperature ranges of between 200 °C to 1,600 °C. Glass‑fiber products are suited to medium temperature ranges, while silicate and aramid fibers are used for more extreme conditions. This allows solutions for engines, industrial furnaces, and fire‑protection systems. Ther fiber glass materials offer high tear resistance, abrasion resistance, and flexibility. These properties are crucial for applications in moving systems or flexible insulation, where mechanical stresses occur. In addition, insulation with needle mats significantly dampens vibrations and meet specific acoustic requirements.
